Literacy
At this stage, children are introduced to letters, sounds, and simple words through play-based activities, storytelling, and interactive experiences. Key areas of literacy development include phonemic awareness, vocabulary growth, and print recognition. Children are encouraged to engage with books, recognize their names in print, practice rhyming, and begin to understand that letters form words and words convey meaning. Literacy development also emphasizes the development of listening skills, comprehension, and early writing through drawing, scribbling, and tracing letters. The goal is to create a rich language environment that nurtures curiosity and supports the development of early reading and writing skills.

Math
This stage emphasizes understanding numbers, counting, shapes, patterns, and measurements. Children learn to recognize and count numbers, compare quantities, and begin to understand simple addition and subtraction using objects. They explore shapes and spatial relationships, such as identifying circles, squares, and triangles, as well as understanding concepts like big/small, more/less, and same/different. We also engage in sorting and classifying objects, recognizing patterns, and using mathematical language in everyday situations. The goal of math development is to build a strong foundation in problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to use numbers and shapes to understand the world around them.

Science
Through hands-on exploration, children learn about weather, seasons, plants, animals, rocks, water, and other natural elements. Activities like observing the sky, exploring nature, digging in soil, and watering plants help children develop a sense of curiosity about the Earth. They begin to understand the concepts of day and night, different types of weather, and the changing seasons. Simple experiments, such as watching seeds grow or collecting rocks, foster a sense of discovery and help children observe patterns and changes in nature. The goal of earth science development is to spark a connection with the environment, laying the foundation for understanding our planet and the importance of taking care of it.
